Simple gluteal exercise

gluteal muscles
  1. Lie on your back
  2. Press down with your heels and shoulder blades to lift your butt off the floor as far as you can manage it
  3. Hold for 30 seconds

If it’s hard to  hold for 30 seconds, hold for ten seconds three times.
