Restoring Joint Play

One of the key components of chiropractic care is the restoration of normal “joint play” where two bones come together to form a joint.
Joint play refers to the little bit of joint space – the “wiggle room” a healthy joint should have to allow for it to move freely.
The loss of joint play leads to pain, stiffness, lack of movement efficiency, and an altered pattern of feedback to the brain.
