I’ve just finished my exercise video Strengthening Vertical Landing and Lateral Shift.

The human body, as it moves through space, faces two basic challenges: absorbing and regenerating vertical forces, while also dealing with the way the weight shifts from side to side as you land first on your right leg, then on the left.

This video can help runners, basketball or tennis players, skiers, or anyone who has problems of the gluteals, sacroiliac joint, piriformis, trochanter area, or iliotibial band.
