Here’s one of the latest findings:  forefoot landing reduces the amount of stress on your knees and may help prevent running-related knee problems.

But there’s a price to pay for taking the strain off your knees.  The extra load gets shifted to your Achilles tendon and ankles.

The bottom line?  You have to find a running style that works for your particular body.
