Many sports activities, including tennis, golf, swimming, or throwing, put a heavy load on the rotator cuff. Even everyday activities like lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or walking your dog can strain these muscle too.
These exercises will give you the underlying strength you need to avoid injury and improve your game.
If you have a rotator cuff injury, the good news is that most people won’t need surgery. Research shows that an exercise rehab program yields equal or even better results. This is a good exercise program to incorporate into your regimen.
If your shoulder is highly inflamed and reactive, you may have to build up your abilities slowly. Check out my other video that covers a more basic level of exercise focusing on shoulder joint stability.
Happy trails!
