Pain specialist Dr. Mark Darrow (as reported by CBS in Miami) recently revealed the top foods that reduce inflammation and how you can use them to control your back pain.
He’s convinced that many can free themselves from back pain simply by eating right.
Dr. Darrow’s list of anti-inflammatory, pain-controlling foods for your diet includes:
- Dark green veggies such as kale, spinach, broccoli, and more
- Brightly-colored fruits, especially berries
- Olive oil
- Green tea
- Protein from lean, grass-fed beef and buffalo
- Supplemental vitamin D
