He’s convinced that many can free themselves from back pain simply by eating right.

Dr. Darrow’s list of anti-inflammatory, pain-controlling foods for your diet includes:

  • Dark green veggies such as kale, spinach, broccoli, and more
  • Brightly-colored fruits, especially berries
  • Olive oil
  • Green tea
  • Protein from lean, grass-fed beef and buffalo
  • Supplemental vitamin D
