Just Do This Every Morning

  1. Hold weights in both hands.  Depending on your fitness level, you can use an amount of weight ranging from 2 pounds to 30 pounds.
  2. Walk up a flight of stairs.
  3. Repeat 10 times.

Your only excuse not to do this is if you have bum knees – bring a doctor’s note and you’re excused.

The rest of you – get moving!

    I should think that wearing a 10-pound backpack while walking the city streets and climbing subway stairs should provide somewhat equivalent benefits.
